MD Expo Orlando 2026: Fall Edition of the National HTM Conference

MD Expo runs two national conferences each year. The fall edition lands in Orlando, FL on October 13-15, with 1,000+ attendees expected. Supported by the Florida Biomedical Society.

If you missed MD Expo Baltimore in April, Orlando is your second chance. The format is the same; the audience shifts to include more Southeast-based professionals.

What to expect

H.O.T. Workshops. Hands-On Training workshops run on Day 1. These require separate registration and fill up. Past topics include portable ultrasound and patient monitor training.

Education sessions. Multi-track programming covering equipment management, compliance, cybersecurity, and career development.

The BMES Annual Meeting runs in Orlando the following week (October 21-24), which may make the trip more efficient for professionals interested in both events.
